Birthday: Acrylic Birthday Photo Standee (ABPS-1500)

Hi Crafters!

Here's another late post... I made this project for my sister... As part of her birthday gift. 

The standee was store bought and the rest of the materials were from my stash!

I printed the photos using my canon selphy printer. Most of the photos were from this summer :-) 

     This is what you'll see after flipping the last page:-) 

And of course... The packaging...

I simply wrapped the gift withbrown glassine paper and placed it inside  a thick clear plastic gift bag and sealed it with washi tape:-)

Zo's Crafts: DIY Character Foam Stamps & Tag Project (Handmade STAMP SET OF 3: 1500)

Hi Crafters!

Ok ok... I know... I really am my son's biggest fan!!!! I try to keep everything he makes... Even his doodles on paper napkins!  

Anyway, going back to these handmade foam stamps!!! He now has a shoe box full of these character drawings... So, as I was scanning my stamps for a father's day card... I thought of using one of my 6 year old son's drawing as the design for the card--- (which eventually became a big tag)... So I did a lot of things to come up with this handmade foam stamp! I love it! So I made 2 more designs! ( Now he wants me to make more!!!!)lol

Here's a photo of the very first stamp and the tag aka gift bag that I was able to make...

The gift bag is attached to the back of the tag!!!!

Cool right?! :-)  Well... I absolutely love how nice it turned out and how fun and useful it is!

So far, here are the other designs... 

I am now accepting the challenge of making similar ones for those interested in having their kids' work of art turned into something very useful and fun!!!! (Instead of hiding them in boxes!)

Craft Workshop: Photo Wallet with Knapsack (PWK-1800)

Hi Crafters!

I had a blast teaching & crafting with 3 adorable girls last Monday... We made photo wallet books and experimented on several techniques as well... I introduced some of the basic scrapbooking tools like punchers, use of foam tapes, double adhesive , glossy glue, distress ink and how amazing it can be despite the mess it leaves on your finger tips... Etc ... Etc...

Oh and we'll be making these tags in our next craft session :-)

Mini Book: STAR WARS

Hi Crafters!

My 6 year old son and his 7 year old cousin working on their STAR WARS mini books-- I printed out photos taken during some of their summer activities for them

to put in their books:-) 

Gavin (my 7 year old nephew) was the one who specifically asked to CRAFT while visiting us today... and I could really never say NO to him!!! :-)

So, eventhough It was a last minute thing  it still turned out pretty well... They both had fun because there were no rules... I just gave them the kit that I made and

after helping them with the binding rings... They were on their own:-) Who would think that 6 and 7 year old boys can also enjoy crafting and making their

own mini books?! !  The only difference is that they refused to add any form of ribbon--- not even plain dark blue colored ones! Oh well:-) lol.

Back to School: Backpack packaging

Hi Crafters!

So,I was working on my son's Senior Kinder Scrapbook when I had a flash of idea!----- I wanted to make ready made school themed minis and package it in a "knapsack" box... Like this one:-) hmmm... Now, I just need to find time to make the mini books! ;-)

Mini Book: Mother's Day (Mbmd-1500)

Hi Crafters!

I made this mini book for the most selfless and loving woman in the world---My MOM!!!! I gave this to her as part of our Mother's Day gift :-)

I used photos taken this summer..

Here are some photos of this adorable mini... It measures approximately 5.5"x 5x5" with a velro book closure. 

Of  course  if there's a book... There should be a matching packing right? :-)

Birthday Moodboard Caddy Set (BMBCD-2800)

Hi Crafters!

I just finished packing these adorable moodboard caddy sets... I had to make 10 sets!!! Which I am happy to say turned out pretty well! 

The caddies are back to back... When displayed it kinda looks like this

Ok, so I just remembered to take photos right after I finished packing them in their individual boxes... Each sets comes with 1 double sided caddy (with a chalk board feature), 1 bird house with a flameless tealigjt candle inside, 1 mason jar with utensil tags and chalks inside too... Both the bird house and the mason jar have a tag with a photo of the celebrant and a stamped "18" on it... On 1 side of the caddy there is a "record" and a matriyoshka doll standee which were both provided by my client :-)

To have a soft and unified look to all the pieces I placed everything on top of a translucent sheer material that is birthday-themed as well... Love this!

Vintage Easel Standee Set (VESS-600)

Hi Crafters!

I just finished packing some orders... and good thing I remembered to take some photos of these adorable vintage easel set with handstamped postcards.
